Welcome to inPOWER Her™  Coaching ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in any coaching programs, services, or accessing our website.

By accessing our website, enrolling in our coaching programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms referenced herein.

2.1 Coaching Services
inPOWER Her™ Coaching offers various coaching programs for working moms, women in transition, and justice-impacted women. Program specifics, including duration, format, and deliverables, are detailed on our website and in program enrollment materials.

2.2 Limitations
Our coaching services do not constitute therapy, counseling, or legal, financial, or medical advice. We do not diagnose or treat psychological or medical conditions. If you require such services, please consult with appropriate licensed professionals.

3.1 Fees and Payment
Program fees are as stated on our website and enrollment materials. Payment is required before the commencement of services unless a payment plan has been arranged.

3.2 Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

3.3 Refund Policy

• For group coaching programs: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the start date.
• For 1:1 coaching sessions: 48-hour cancellation notice required for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued after program materials have been distributed or for missed sessions.

3.4 Late Payment
Late payments may result in suspension of services and a 5% late fee.

4.1 Scheduling
Sessions will be scheduled according to the program description and agreed-upon times.

4.2 Cancellation by Client

• For group programs: Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.
• For individual sessions: 24-hour notice required to reschedule without penalty.

4.3 Cancellation by Coach
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer alternative session times.

4.4 No-Shows
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice will count as sessions delivered and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5.1 Client Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client communications and information shared during coaching sessions.

5.2 Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality may be breached if:

• Required by law or court order
• There is threat of harm to self or others
• Suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable person

5.3 Group Confidentiality
Participants in group coaching agree not to disclose personal information about other participants outside the group setting.

6.1 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Engage respectfully with the coach and other participants
• Provide honest information
• Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination
• Disruptive behavior during group sessions
• Solicitation of other clients for business purposes
• Sharing copyrighted materials without permission

6.3 Termination for Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of this code of conduct without refund.

7.1 Ownership
All materials, including workbooks, worksheets, recordings, and methodology, are the intellectual property of inPOWER Her™ Coaching and protected by copyright law.

7.2 Limited License
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal use only.

7.3 Restrictions
Clients may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices or attributions

8.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect throughout your use of our services and website.

8.2 Termination by Client
You may terminate coaching services according to our cancellation policy.

8.3 Termination by Coach
We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if:

• Payment is not received
• Client conduct violates these Terms
• We determine our services are not appropriate for your needs
• Force majeure events prevent service delivery

9.1 No Guarantees
Results from coaching vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inPOWER Her Coaching from claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State].

10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
